I. Applicability
1. These General Terms and Conditions of Use apply to the use of the KÄRCHER e-learning platform. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Use before logging on, you agree that these are legally binding upon you, and that you will comply with their provisions.2. KÄRCHER will revise these General Terms and Conditions of Use if required. KÄRCHER will give you prompt notification of any adaptations and give you the opportunity to object. Changes enter into effect if you do not object in writing within fourteen days, whereby sending such objection by telefax or in electronic form (e.g. email) shall also satisfy this written form requirement. If the user objects to the application of the amended Terms and Conditions, KÄRCHER is entitled to terminate the user relationship with immediate effect.
II. Registration and Use
1. You confirm that the details provided during the registration process are correct and complete. You will promptly inform KÄRCHER of any future changes to these details and, insofar as possible, correct the registration details yourself.2. Your user ID is unique and may only be used by you yourself. You are responsible for all use of this website occurring by means of your password and your user ID. You shall treat your access details and your password with confidentiality and protect them against unauthorised third-party access. You will promptly inform KÄRCHER if you suspect unauthorised use by a third party. As soon as KÄRCHER has been informed of unauthorised access, KÄRCHER will block access for the third party concerned.
3. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and only in such a manner that your use of this website does not cause the rights of other users of this website to be infringed or use of this website by other users to be restricted or prevented. Harassment, intimidation or inconvenience to other persons, the transmission of obscene or insulting content or disruption of the normal flow of dialogue on this website are prohibited. KÄRCHER will not be liable for any content brought about in breach of this subsection, and will not adopt such content as its own.
III. Liability
1. KÄRCHER will operate the e-learning platform with due diligence. Nevertheless, KÄRCHER does not assume any warranty for the availability or quality of the e-learning platform, or that the information posted on it will be error-free and accurate.2. If the user retrieves data via the e-learning platform, and, upon exercising the due diligence necessary in business life, recognises that incorrect or incomplete details have been posted, the user shall promptly notify KÄRCHER in writing, whereby sending such notification by telefax or in electronic form (e.g. email) shall also satisfy this written form requirement. If the user culpably omits to give such notification, KÄRCHER will not be liable for loss ensuing therefrom.
3. Additionally, KÄRCHER will, apart from intent or gross negligence, not be liable on any legal basis whatsoever for damages ensuing from use of the e-learning platform, from impossibility of using the e-learning platform or from any hardware or software faults in the e-learning platform. In particular, it is not possible to guarantee the absence of viruses. Prior to downloading information and data, the user will therefore ensure that appropriate security mechanisms and virus scanners are in place. Any downloading of information, or receipt of information in any other manner, in the course of use of the e-learning platform occurs at the user's own risk.

1. Your personal data is retrievable in your profile and may then be adapted or supplemented.2. By registering and using the website, you agree to the storage and adaptation of your data. You agree that your stored data may be passed on within the Kärcher Group for evaluation purposes. This consent may be revoked at any time by sending a declaration to KÄRCHER's administration.
3. Use of this website is voluntary. The data automatically arising as a result of your usage shall be processed through the website. Insofar as this data alludes to you as a person, it will be treated as personal or person-related data.
4. No data is stored in the software, except for the data provided during registration or information additionally provided by the user. All this data is available to the administration, but not to other users of the website. It merely serves to enable the respective training measure to be carried out.
VI. Confidentiality
Notwithstanding other existing statutory or contractual obligations of confidentiality and non-disclosure, the user shall, also beyond the duration of the user relationship, treat all information and knowledge of trade secrets obtained within the framework of the user relationship with confidentiality. The user shall protect against unauthorised access all information requiring protection that becomes known to the user in connection with use of the e-learning platform.VII. Intellectual Property
1. All copyrights, trademarks, design rights, patents and other registered or non-registered rights to intellectual property, as well as all content on this e-learning platform, remain with KÄRCHER. On this website KÄRCHER occasionally makes permissible use of trademarks that are third-party property. Such trademarks are clearly designated in each case and KÄRCHER lays no claim to ownership of these trademarks.2. Unless expressly declared otherwise, you must not copy, reproduce, newly publish, take apart, decompile, download, disclose, distribute, transmit or make public any parts of the training material or any data files, content or information from KÄRCHER. You are merely permitted to download a machine-readable copy of the website material made available for personal, non-commercial use, and only if you do not alter the text and do not remove trademarks, copyright notices or other notices displayed in the website material.
VIII. Discontinuation of Use
1. You may terminate your registration by written declaration to KÄRCHER with immediate effect, whereby notice of termination by telefax or in electronic form shall also satisfy this written form requirement.2. In the event of any breach of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, KÄRCHER is entitled to refuse access to the website or nullify your user ID, provided that the website was used under your user ID and your password. You may pre-empt these measures by showing suitable proof that such suspicion is not justified.
IX. Alterations, Maintenance
1. KÄRCHER may at any time, at its sole discretion, alter or discontinue parts or certain features of the e-learning platform.2. Interruptions owing to maintenance of the website must be accepted. KÄRCHER will attempt to keep such interruptions to a minimum.
X. Final Provisions
If any provision is found to be invalid by a court that has jurisdiction, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Use and these shall remain fully in force and effect. Any waiver of a provision in these General Terms and Conditions of Use shall not be interpreted as a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.Unless expressly declared otherwise at any other place on our website, these General Terms and Conditions of Use shall constitute the entire agreement between you and KÄRCHER in respect of your use of this website.
